Dunlop, NB - Edouard Gallant of Dunlop passed away accidently in a mining accident at Lac des Iles Mine in Thunder Bay, Ontario, on May 27, 2020 at the age of 64. Born in Moncton, he was the son of late Edouard Gallant and late Ozélie Leblanc.
He is survived by his wife Constance (Frenette) Gallant; his son Ricky (Hélène) of Beresford; his daughter Stéphanie (Michel) of Moncton; his four grandchildren that he adored, Julie, Patrick, Xavier and Cassandra; his brothers Gérard, Joe (Jeannine), Normand (Joanne), Paul-Emile (Sheila) et Raymond (Tina); his sisters Maria Gallant, Alice, Anne (Phil Cormier), Pauline (Claude Gauvin), Dorice (Terry Leblanc), Thérèse (John Larabee) and Dorine (Michel Doucet). His brothers-in-law; Fernand (Odila), Roland (Marie), Guy (Colette), Nelson (Carole), Réjean (Arlette), Danny (Jackie) et Freddy (Jonathan); his sisters-in-law, Agnes (late Réjean), Pierrette (Alcide) and Chantal (Alyre). Many nephews, nieces and friends.
He is predeceased by his brothers Henri and Paul.
